FAQ

Once you submit your Snap, Pack, and Ship form and we receive it, we'll let you know that we got it via the email address you used. Then, securely pack all of the items you've listed and mail them to our Lubbock Studio. Once we receive your classic media or memories, we'll email you again letting you know and will include your free estimate. Once you've approved the estimate, we'll get to converting your items! When finished we'll get everything securely packed, originals included, and get them shipped back to you. We'll let you know by email when the digital conversion is done and when we're shipping those memories back to you.

We know no one likes to pay shipping fees, and we're happy to be able to offer shipping credits to help with some of that cost. We scale credit amount based on the size of the order and include a shipping credit amount with your free estimate.

For all types of media from photos to slides, film and audio reels, customers receive all of their originals back.

All conversion and transfer work, digital photo restoration, and other services are done in-house at our Lubbock-based studio. We don’t ship your items to another location. For those bringing in items in-person, the team members you meet when you drop off your items are the ones who complete the services you request.
